Our backflow-certified technicians will ensure that the required report is timely submitted to the proper authority having jurisdiction. We check for signs of corrosion or leaking, we check the assembly to ensure that no parts are damaged or out of place, and we test the assembly to ensure proper functionality and to ensure the pressure is within the acceptable range. Regular backflow preventer maintenance is dictated by Arizona administrative code R18-4-215(F)

Each backflow-prevention assembly required by this Section shall be tested at least annually, or more frequently if directed by the public water system or the Department.”
